God's Plan For Worship
.Acapella Singing(Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16) Everyone is invited to join in the singing.
.Lord's Supper(Acts 20:7; I Corinthians 11:23-26; Matthew 26:26-30) God directs that Christians partake of the unleavened bread and fruit of the vine every first day of the week. As they are passed through the assembly, every Christian takes a small piece of unleavened bread (which symbolizes the body of Christ) and will drink the grape juice (which symbolizes Christ's blood shed on the cross for our sins).
.Giving(I Corinthians 16:2; II Corinthians 9:7) Following the Lord's Supper, trays are passed so that members of the church can contribute as they have been prospered during the preceding week. Our church work is entirely financed by contributions that are freely given.
.Studying God's Word and the InvitationOur preacher will deliver a Bible lesson closing with the gospel invitation to anyone who desires to confess their faith in Christ for the remission of sins. In addition, the invitation is extended to members who wish to make public confession of sins, or who want to place their membership with the congregation.
.PrayerOur service usually begins and ends with prayer. The prayers follow the pattern given in the New Testament and are simple and meaningful.
